Video-essay on maternal desire based on my personal experience of wanting to become a mother without a partner. Based on conversations I have with four people close to me – three of them without a partner and at different stages of motherhood – the video traces a non-linear and non-conclusive journey on questions related to the origin of this desire, the concept of family and the often obligatory relationship we have with fertility clinics.
